my poster I adjusted it a little.

  1. This is coming along. First of all, I'd carry the color into your neighborhood silhouette so that it's clear that it represents that slice of the city. Secondly, I'd consider showing an overall map shape in black or grey, with the 3 neighborhood silhouettes in color to give them context.

The grocery cart graphic is confusing in its application. For Fells Point, I read that as having 39 grocery stores, which I don't think is accurate. Be clear with the key and the measurement metric being shown.

The totals for health diseases is good except for the fact that it doesn't state what the value is. What does 36.4 % heart disease mean? Be sure to clarify this.

Stylistically, it's a little weird to say per-cent, it makes it seem monetary. I'd utilize the % symbol instead, and it would add graphic interest.

For your paragraphs, watch your rag, and don't be afraid to hyphenate if necessary. Neighborhoods in particular could break and ease that extreme rag.
