Interesting color palette, I'm a bit concerned about the lack of contrast in your typographic elements at the bottom of the page. They're really hard to read right now.
I miss some sort of reference to what the shapes relate to in terms of the neighborhoods, and you may want to consider laying in the silhouette to make them more understandable. You could use a dashed line, or a lighter tint of your color, but I think it needs a bit more context, especially when you contrast Hamilton with your other 2 neighborhoods as it seems to have an outline form.
I'd also like to see some of intro as to what a food desert is. The viewer is just sort of dropped into this without some pertinent info.\
What are the middle bar graphs representing? I feel like there is a specific value missing here to let me understand them. They're pretty to look at, though.
