The design is nice, and some of the items on the checklist are great, namely the last one, but some of them are weaker. The first, third, and fourth may be true, even if your life isn't a circus. Perhaps change it to "I use the word bearded to described my lady-friends" or "I buy pet food by the Metric Ton" or "My muscles have muscles".
Also, I think the key at the bottom is unnecessary.
